Experts and studies show that COVID-19 may be spread by people who are asymptomatic. Please do not come to the gym if you are not feeling well, have a fever, a cough, or if you have shortness of breath. Please stay home until you feel better. Please also DO NOT use the gym if you have been in contact with a person within the past 14 days who has or is suspected of having COVID-19.
Upon each visit to the gym you will be required to fill out a Waiver Addendum. We will also take your temperature each and every time you enter the gym. You will not be allowed to use the gym if your temperature reads 100 degrees F or higher.
MASKS & FACE COVERINGS
In compliance with CDC, State, and local guidelines, it is Milton Hill Sport & Spa policy that all members and staff are required wear face masks at all times while in the gym. If this changes, we will update our policy accordingly.
SOCIAL & PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Please maintain 6 feet between yourself and other members or staff while at Milton Hill Sport & Spa.
Upon arrival at Milton Hill Sport & Spa you will be required to sanitize your hands. While working out, you will be required to disinfect all equipment before and after use using disinfectant sprays provided and placed throughout the gym.
LOCKER ROOMS & BATHROOMS
Locker rooms and shower will initially not be available for use although the bathrooms will remain open.
GYM ATTIRE & MATS
As our locker rooms will not initially be available for use, please arrive at the gym ready for your workout. Although we encourage you to bring your own mats and towels, we will continue to provide these as needed.
Our HVAC units has been equipped with HEPA filters. This will allow for continuous and fresh air flow.
Once we restart our Group Fitness Classes, they will be limited to 12 people per class. Class schedules will be accommodated to allow for cleaning before and after each class. Please continue to maintain a social distancing space of at least 6 feet during all workouts and Group Fitness Classes at the gym.
